A downloadable game for Windows and Android
This is the second game in Dream City Construct game series. You're a fugitive on the run from federal agents. You arrived at Dream city to seek help from FFG, a vigilante group. You can either choose to join the vigilante group or take control of the Mafia.
The branching storyline allows for 2 completely different playthrough. If you join the vigilante group, you'll discover an outsider is trying to wrest control of the Mafia. Do whatever it takes to prevent this from happening. If you refuse to join the vigilante group, an outsider will contact you to help him to take control of the Mafia. Whatever your choice, you'll discover the world is on the brink of an apocalypse. Can you prevent it from happening?
As an early access game, more features and contents will be added from time to time over the course of several years. Some part of the game still use placeholder arts. This will be replaced with proper arts over time. As this is a hardcore game, combat will take a big part in the game. If you don't like combat, you can unlock secret mode to bypass main quests and play as a normal citizen.

- carry out side quests for Rudolfo, Prenny, Hugo and Salma
- unlock optional secret mode to remove fugitive status bypassing main quests This mode allows you to get full time job and rent house as a normal citizen
- if secret mode is unlocked, get hired and grow career in ad agency, law firm, modelling agency or fashion firm
- take part-time jobs at the restaurants to earn side income and the chance to unlock recipes
- go fishing at 9 different fishing spots throughout the island and sell the catch to the chef at sushi restaurant for some money
- scavenge trash cans all over the island to recycle scrap. Scrap can be exchanged for money at the back of pawn shop
- forage tree stumps for mushrooms
- attend 20 different classes offered by 4 schools to gain skill experience points
- if secret mode is unlocked, rent flat, apartment or condominium unit as home. Then, upgrade home with up to 20 furniture option
- cook food with 59 recipes. Food ingredients can be bought from hypermarket, 24 hours shop, cake & pastry shop or night market stalls
- use taxi at bus stops to move between buildings
- buy scooter and cars as vehicle
- invest in jewellery and company stocks
- free random or special event vouchers updated daily from newspaper can be collected at counters

PDF Walkthrough and Script
We plan to offer walkthrough in PDF format as bonus material once most part of the game has been completed. Currently, PDF script of the game (around 33,000 words) contains all dialogue scenes in the game for version 1.85.

The latest APK (version 1.85) is packaged with new signing certificate which means the APK is not compatible with older APK versions (version 1.82 or below which has DC Anthology Underworld or Dream City Living title). How do you trigger Coach Yea event? I tried making my character exercise until exhausted. I tried making her wearing fitness outfit. But all of them didn't work.
Did you trigger ring event for the day? If you did, then you're not going to get any random event for the day. There's quota of 1 random event for each day. So, in order for you not to trigger ring event, don't walk around city park. Walk on road to go to Old District. From Old District, enter Aspire Park through pavement & walk straight to gym club.

I tried doing this without triggering ring event but I couldn't get it. Is there any possibility that I do this wrong? I have 19k for money and my strength is around 50.
Exercise for 15 minutes & then stop. Keep repeating that. The game will check for random event every time you stop exercise at the gym club.

I need location for the tasks penny asked so I can get cash
Penny doesn't actually gives lots of money if you do task for her. You can find scrap cloth if you search trash bin at flat, apartment, cloth shop or condominium. Lingzhi mushroom can be found at tree stump at city park or forest. It's quite tricky to find since most trees cover the view. Crimson mushroom is not yet available as underground cave is still inaccessible.
If you're looking to earn money, it's the same as what strategy found in Dream City Profitist game. Buy fishing rod from the bum at city park, buy bread from 24 hours shop to make bait, make lots of bait & then go to forest to do fishing. You'll easily make $200 if you manage to catch lots of eel & sell it to chef at sushi restaurant.
Every Dream city game has Easter Egg (excluding DC Office game) where you can get a gold ring or $100 cash if you walk around city park every day.
If you managed to get into fight club, talk to Hugo from 8 pm until midnight to take part in fight. You'll get $100 if you win the fight.

OK, if you get flu, it will take 48 hours to recover. To completely remove the flu, you need to sleep until full energy while recovery is 0. To check progress, you can refer to Statistic screen. There should be health progress under Health tab. This is the same flu mechanics like what we implemented from previous game. No idea why you didn't notice it before since you already have old game.
As for buying grocery, you can check out cake & pastry shop next to diner. It's actually baking supply shop so you can find flour, egg & all kind of baking stuff.Some players probably didn't notice the shop since it has no door from outside.

If you mean sexual romance between the same gender, we don't implement that.

How do I do this?
In the mission that Rodolfo sends, he defeats 10 Cultists, I have already defeated more than 10 cultists and it still appears that the mission was not completed, could this be a bug?
For cultists, it's open ended quest. We forget to change the quest phrasing.

Not for this game. This game has lots of combat & violence in it which kind of weird to include romance. If your focus is romance, wait for Dream City Profitist update.
Right, in this game we will be able to play the games DC Apocalypse, DC underworld, DC Paranormal and DC Profitist, as it was before, we could choose within the game, which one of these did we want to play?
We no longer use anthology system where we put all games in 1 game because it's a mess when it comes to updating game. Now each game is its own game with separate story. So Dream City Fugitive has its own story which is different from story in Dream City Profitist.

Dream City Profitist served as introduction to Dream City Construct game series so it makes perfect sense to make it free.
If you haven't noticed, Dream City Construct game series is our new effort to replace the old Dream City Anthology games. So far, Dream City Profitist already replaced DC Anthology Profitist last year and now Dream City Fugitive replaced DC Anthology Underworld. Next year, Dream City Psyche will replace DC Anthology Paranormal game. Once this is complete, there will only be 2 remaining games in Dream City Anthology (DC Anthology Office + DC Anthology Apocalypse).
How do I unlock secret mode?
Talk to Rudolfo about secret group & follow the instruction. This only work before talking to Anna.

Enter the condominium building & then exit the building. This usually will force the game to respawn character.
Hello! Where are the saves stored on android?
For Android version, the game doesn't require storage permission so the save folder should be in the same folder as where the game was installed. However, you need root access for the phone to be able to access the save folder.

We simply don't have resource to port the game to iOS. If you want to play the game, simply buy Android phone or tablet.

The game is available both on Play Store and itch.io website. That should cover most countries in the world. We have plan to release the game on Steam platform.

Flour is only used when you do cookies baking session with Sarah at her apartment. We might implement more recipe related to flour in the future. If you have any suggestion, we might be interested to listen.
As for grinder, you need to unlock modern stove (3 gems) through Customise Home screen. Once you unlocked modern stove & put it at your home, there should be grinder below hot water on cooking screen.
Grinder is used as ingredient to be used with lingzhi mushroom or crimson root to make the mushroom or root into powder. The powder can then be used to cook tea with hot water.
How can i find the cdc truck? And still confuse with a day meal cost $10
If the game asks you to find CDC truck, keep looking for news through Dream City Observer about CDC. You'll find hint there. As for day's meal, it's too detailed to put here. Go to our Facebook page & read recent posts. We put walkthrough on sandbox/survival mode in those posts.

Go to the basement. Check map for details. Once you're in the basement, search all the rooms. You will trigger something if you walk to the right spot.
The document that i have found in the office which person can i give it to, either Darius or Ryuku
If you give the document to Darius, peacekeeper force from Capital city will come around Nov/Dec. This is easier option. If you give the document to Ryuku or you don't complete the task, rouge force will liberate the city. Take note we're still developing content so details might be different in the future.

If you update to the latest version on itch.io, you should now be able to find the mushroom in the forest. If you have the Play Store version, wait for the update in mid March. The dresser is the cabinet in your home that you use to be able to change your cloth which you can unlock from Customise Home screen.
