If you're updating to version 1.660, all your save game progress are lost because we're adding lots of new data structure. Now that version 1.660 has stable data structure, updating to new version will not overwrite your save game progress.
As a matter of fact, we will push update version 1.670 soon as we found nasty game breaking bugs. If you have version 1.660, updating to version 1.670 will not overwrite your save game progress.

I'm just having an issue - I just got a promotion at Big Tree and am now an account executive. However, I can't find the desk I'm supposed to work at in the Executive Department, like it says on the game map for the office.
Is this a bug or is there a specific desk I have to try to trigger the work option?
Yeah, we are aware of the bug when doing the testing. The cubicle desk is on the leftest part of office but the game doesn't allow you to interact with it. We already fixed the bug but the next update will only come in late December. For now, you can't interact with the desk so you will lose 2 days of work (Monday & Tuesday).
Take note the next update will wipe your saved game progress so you shouldn't play thoroughly. Play casually like playing several main characters & save to multiple save slots. The next update is when you can play thoroughly since storyline & lots of stuff to do will be added to the next update.
Dream City Profitist will always be free. If you have DC Anthology Underworld on Play Store or itch.io website, it will be replaced with Dream City Fugitive for free next year. If you have DC Anthology Paranormal on Play Store or itch.io website, it will be replaced with Dream City Psyche in the future. Nope, the game timeline is from 2004 & beyond. Maybe you're thinking about Project DC Journal? We have to abandon that project because we couldn't make it as fun as we hope for. There's also lot of number crunching formula that we couldn't figure out.

We will replace both DC Underworld and DC Paranormal next year (2024). There are tons of work still need to be done before both games are ready for early access. Take note we are doing this part-time so things are slow. You're better off play other games while waiting for both games.
For DC Anthology: Profitist, there's Apocalypse content inside the game so it's possible for some romance if you play that content. If you want to play Apocalypse content, the most recommended way is is to play it through DC Anthology: Apocalypse.
There's a long term plan to reboot the game into a full fledged text-based life sim game but that's still a long way to go.
Hi I'm a huge fan of your games .don't you think maybe DC life and profitist would be more fun if is players are able to control a person like DC apocalypse,I've failed to play the game because the way it is created so please work on those to games I really really love the story but the game play is boring for me.
If you couldn't be able to keep playing the game, the game is simply not for you. We don't make games with certain gameplay or interaction only. We strive for diversity in gameplay and interaction.
We collect lots of feedback. We want to reveal that there are lots of players comfortable with game interaction like DC Life/ DC Profitist/ DC Paranormal than players who comfortable with game interaction like DC Apocalypse/ DC Underworld. Players sometimes want simple interaction as walking interaction can be very tedious. Think about that.
The reboot game is known as DC Anthology: Life. This will only get released after we've done reboot game for DC Anthology: Paranormal, DC Anthology: Underworld & DC Anthology: Apocalypse.

If you're updating to version 1.660, all your save game progress are lost because we're adding lots of new data structure. Now that version 1.660 has stable data structure, updating to new version will not overwrite your save game progress.

I downloaded the new update from play store and started playing the game until I figured out that the furniture customization button has disappeared
There's blank board next to shelves inside your home. Interact with it to bring Customize Home screen.

I tried making coconut milk by getting coconut and machete but it doesn't seem to work even using an industrial stove
Probably a bug related to machete. For now you can't prepare coconut milk. This will get fixed on next update.

If you have Android version, it's very hard to modify any files since you need to root your phone to be able to access file inside game folder.

I can't seem to find baking supply shop. Where is it? Same with night Market.
Baking supply shop is cake & pastry shop at Old District. Night market is 6 food stalls you can find at city park.

For e-mail, make sure you include title of the game. That should prevent the e-mail from getting to spam folder.
